Any TRUST geeks out there know how I can use it to find the location or working of a DMU or HST/engine etc..

Thanks in advance.

Can anyone help with this? I asked the same question before, I know TSID is used to show which unit is working a particular service, but what do you type in to find out the diagram of a particular unit for that day?

I need three of the Grand Central HST power cars for a photo and it would be nice to try to get them while they are still in Grand Central livery... so please could someone post these for tomorrow 7th December once they become known in a couple of hours time?

If you do find out let me know too. I only know of the TSI reports and looking for a unit at location

Unit diagram allocations cannot be found using TRUST for that you need GEMINI

Afternoon all.

Couple of requests from me. I’m currently on 1234 Liverpool Lime Street - Birmingham New Street. We left Crewe just over 5 minutes ago (at 1320) and as we headed south:

On LNWR was a 345 and a single 319 with pan up in de branded GTR colours.

Also, heading north was a pair of GWR 387s. The rear one was 387173, can anyone tell me what the front one was?

Many thanks

A (what looked like) CS train just went through Nuneaton with the headcode of 5M16. It was not in RTT and I've never seen this before so obviously it was a VSTP probably for one of tonight's services. Any idea what loco was on the front? It looked like a 92 but I can't be sure.

Thanks :)

92018 - mega delayed stock move back to London of the cancelled 1M16 last night, running on a VSTP path as 5M16 (ECS). If you want the full story, have a read of the last few pages on the Caledonian Sleeper thread...! https://www.railforums.co.uk/threads/caledonian-sleeper-discussion.118802/page-187

Can be found on RTT here: http://www.realtimetrains.co.uk/train/O50081/2017/12/07/advanced

Good evening everyone. Can anyone advise on a movement I saw this morning. I didn't get a chance to photograph it as I was getting on a train at the time and the movement did not appear to be on RTT. The train in question passed through Littlehaven (LVN) at approx 1033. It comprised two 66's top and tailing some yellow wagons rather like those in the background of the shot linked below.

Also, on a more technical note, the movement detailed below came through Littlehaven with red lights on the front and white on the back. Surely that shouldn't happen?

Many thanks in advance for the knowledge I am sure is heading my way!

Do you recall what livery 66s?

Re the lights being the wrong way round, I'm no expert, but I'm pretty sure you're right that it shouldn't happened. Looks like an engineers' train/track machine that was possibly moving back and forth, so the driver probably forgot to switch them over...?

Tim, I am fairly sure that they were GBRf. Wagons definitely looked like those in the referenced image. Not even sure what they are! Regards, Sarah

Absolutely right - 6U88: DR97508/DR97608/DR97808 working back and forth so lights will, for a while, seem the wrong way round.
