I was going to say Stockport, but having checked there's eight, which is more than I thought. Likewise Oxford Road but that had thirteen. Wilmslow fares slightly better with just five, and my station New Mills Central has two (one early morning TPE from Sheffield to the Airport with a late night return) but the local winner that I can see from a quick glance is Manchester Victoria, with just the 0444 York to Manchester Airport service passing through without calling.

Also Sea Mills on the Severn Beach branch has just the 07:04 from Bristol TM running non-stop, presumably for time reasons.

Although I believe that will change with the start of the new timetable when a couple of TPE services in each direction Mon-Fri and a couple northbound on Sunday will skip Darlington.

Huddersfield sometimes gets one (including yesterday morning), the 0038 Man Airport - York MO/MSX is normally booked WTT via Hebden Bridge, but is sometimes routed via Huddersfield, which it does non-stop.

Pontefract Monkhill has a booked one, 23:30 SX Kings Cross - Leeds, though it's not unusual for it to be diverted.

Bingley has two a day, and Shipley one, the Skipton ECML services.

Wakefield Westgate has just one single one a week, though sadly for the track bashers it's an Up service, 1M01, 15:20 Carlisle - Nottingham SUN.

1M01 has another strange thing about it, while on Sundays it runs to Nottingham from Carlisle, the rest of the week it runs from Cardiff!

Does anything not stop at Newcastle? A handful of ECML services miss York but not Newcastle IIRC. It's so slow to traverse the Tyne they may as well stop, and I guess crew changes are usually done there.

Everything stops at Cambridge.

There must be loads of these! As said it's more interesting to know the exceptions. York is bypassed by one or two a day I think.

On Monday, I can see the 17:36, 18:37 and 19:12 trains from London Paddington skip Reading, and also the 05:56 from Swansea.

Regarding the "1 a day" thing cuccir mentioned, there are a few which are passed by 1 train a week. Examples include:
08:55 from Birmingham New Street to Redditch passes Alvechurch on Sundays.
23:03 from Fishguard Harbour to Swansea passes Llanell on Sundays. There may be other station on the line for which this is the only train to pass without calling, but Llanelli's easy to check.

I've attached a file containing locations derived from a timetable file at data.atoc.org which have fewer than 8 schedules which show trains as passing them, and also have trains shown as calling there. There are limitations to the data (the timetable simply doesn't record when a train passes some stations, and my list doesn't always record whether or not a train calls at a station correctly), but it may be interesting. The strings at the end of each line contain the timetable UID followed by the start date, and you should be able to use it to search the timetable file.

4 TPE serivces skip Darlington in the current timetable (Mon-Fri), 3 (Sat) and 2 (Sun). Interestingly, they all run northbound except one every Sunday.

That seems a really strange one to skip Newcastle - it's the third train of the day from South Hylton, so not like it'd be passing through Newcastle when its closed - I could understand if the first/last trains of the day skipped it, but... that sticks out a bit! It's also

The one I immediately thought of was Leuchars, which used to have everything stopping there, but now the 08:20 from Dundee runs non-stop to Haymarket (arr at the Waverley @ 09:29) and the 09:30 from Waverley runs non stop from Haymarket to Dundee. Maybe it's a pathing thing over the Tay Bridge (the southbound has time to stop at Carnoustie and Monifieth). I think there was a mild local outrage about the fact that trains would be running through Leuchars without stopping (albeit only one a day in each direction, and the station sees twice the service it once did).

A number of examples from around the Strathclyde network not already mentioned that I've dug up:

Dalmuir currently has two of these on weekdays, both in the morning peak: 1H60 (Helensburgh Central - Springburn) & 1Y20 (Oban - Glasgow Queen St). Same for the latter on Saturdays, with every service calling on Sundays. The former is also the only passenger service to skip Duke Street, Alexandra Parade & Barnhill on weekdays.

Cumbernauld, Greenfaulds, Gartcosh, Stepps & Springburn all share 1T98/1T99 (both Inverness - Glasgow Queen St) in this regard on Mondays - Saturdays.

Kilwinning has a solitary passing passenger service on Mondays-Fridays, this being 1K49 (Glasgow Central - Ayr).

And finally, Fort Matilda has 3 such services: 2 in the weekday morning peak (1G99 & 2G10, the former also not calling on Saturdays) & 2G21 (Central - Gourock) on Sunday mornings.
