Would never normally think of claiming but have been considerably delayed on both legs of my London- Glasgow trip- well over an hour late now into Eus today.
As far as I'm aware you can claim under delay repay. If it's a quarter fare ticket you would get a quarter of the compensation.Would never normally think of claiming but have been considerably delayed on both legs of my London- Glasgow trip- well over an hour late now into Eus today.
Ok didn't think I could claim at all. ThanksAs far as I'm aware you can claim under delay repay. If it's a quarter fare ticket you would get a quarter of the compensation.
Delay repay is exactly the same for Priv priced tickets as it is for any other. I have had quite a few!
It works fine for me on mobile, but if you simply give the train times then we can work it out for you.I stupidly didn't write the time down I got into Glasgow on Mon- On Realtime trains how do you change the date so I can look it up. When I click on Today nothing happens when viewed on a smart phone.
Thx
