First Class Lounges in France

[A Challenge]

I will be travelling in first class between Reims and Paris (on a TGV) next week. Are there any first class lounges or equivalents in France?

Yes, there's one at Est but you need a full price ticket to access one.

There seem to be quite heavy restrictions on access, very focussed on frequent travellers rather than leisure first passengers

I'm sure I've been in the Paris Gare de Lyon lounge on a discount 1st before now, but that was on an international (TGV Lyria) ticket.

The TGV Lyria site says

TGV Lyria propose l'accès au salon Grand Voyageur en gare de Paris Gare de Lyon pour les clients voyageant en BUSINESS 1ERE et STANDARD 1ERE, les abonnés SNCF (Frequence 30 et 50) et les détenteurs de la carte Grand Voyageur Plus/Le Club.

which suggests that anyone on a Lyria "standard 1st" ticket, reduced or not, can still use the lounge. Since that exemption doesn't appear on the SNCF site, there may also be other hidden exemptions.

Sorry, but the lounge at Gare de Lyon is really nothing to aspire to. It needs a deep clean and full refurbish, shall we say.

While I do not mind (given the broad scope of the title and the question has probably been answered already) other first class lounges in France being discussed, could I remind you I am going into Paris Gare de l'Est not Gare de Lyon.

Also not quite relevant to the OP's question but I waved my Interrail 1st class pass at the SNCF lounge in Marseille and was welcomed in, which is unlike the likes of DB lounges..

Didn't see any in Marseille. Was single manned with a coffee machine and magazines.
