It Certainly is Rhyl , I tried to edit out the Virgin Voyager and the sea to make it more difficult. Didn't work!!

Well that was a stroke of luck, OHLE and mini-golf somehow made me think of the SW Coast of Scotland, and the first place I looked was Ardrosson .
