I would like to know what form they take as the email gives nothing away only that it can take an hour but is not timed.

Every company does different online assessments prior to being invited to the standardaised driver psychometric assesments so if you want help regarding a specific company’s online assesment it is relevant. If you get through that then there is plenty of threads and advice on this forum regarding the OPC psychometric driver assesments
