Scottish Wiring Progressometer - Post 7.3 (SDA blockade mini-update, dated 17th October 2018)
Larbert - Stirling - Dunblane/Alloa
Line blockaded from 14/10 to 21/10 (inclusive) for wiring between Dunblane/Alloa and Larbert. Any updates during and after the works would be greatly appreciated.
The Alloa branch still has a gap from Causewayhead Junction over the Forth Viaduct.
At Larbert, both main lines and the Down Passenger Loop are fully wired.
Earth wires now up around Plean; masts are fully bedanglied around the M9.
Wires now extend south from Stirling to Bannockburn;
Update for 7.3: contact wire at St Ninians LC on the Up line has now gone in.
Kerse Rd bridge nearly finished - due to be reopened on 19th October 2018.
Update for 7.3: Within Stirling, all lines have full OLE in place through the station.
- The wires over P3 (the Down Dunblane) are probably complete.
- The wires over P10 (the former Motorail bay) now have their insulators spliced in on the termination SSA.
Wires now extend north from Stirling to Bridge of Allan, finishing just short of Kippenross Tunnel.
On the viaduct over the Forth (on the Perth Lines), catenary wire & droppers are now accompanied with contact wires.
New LED Signals at Stirling North appear to have been commissioned.
Masts now starting to go in at Dunblane.

SPS - Small Part Steelwork; the "dangly bits" that hang off the masts e.g. registration arms.
TTC - Twin Track Cantilever; the "gallows" style masts with 2 sets of small part steelwork on it.
CIS - Customer Information Screen; the "dot matrix" displays shown on most modern stations.
