Does anyone know which services on weekdays for example have plenty of seats, some seats and no seats in both directions please?

Also does anyone know what the booked formations are of the following trains please both weekdays and weekends if possible:

Birmingham to Northampton (Specifically the ones that are extended to London)

Northampton to Birmingham (Specifically the ones that are extended from London)

Given that they publish it for some lines, I've never quite understood why WMT don't publish train lengths and "getting a seat" posters for all their routes.

Sorry to jump on your thread, but as a side note does anyone know whether any of these services Birmingham and Liverpool will be extended to Euston via Northampton? I read something about this happening in another thread but I can't find it now and this thread reminded me.

I believe so, but all that sort of stuff fell victim to the plug being pulled on most December 2018 timetable changes, so none of it has happened yet.

May 2019 almost certainly. Pretty much all the plans were there for it to happen this month but Network Rail said otherwise :(

Sheer laziness that's all as they ought to ensure all WNR/WMT services have this freely available so passengers can choose to travel on less busy services which is for the greater good.

The long-term thing to do would be to have formation information and loading information in the journey planner. The Swiss have the latter at least (the former is on a publically available enthusiast website for CH if you want it).
