Oh dear! I bet, somewhere, this will make for an interesting scenario; an enthusiast wants to see a railtour, checks RTT, sees that it's early, he's late, turns out that the service is actually running late and there was no need for him to speed excessively to get to the station!Makes for some interesting mental gymnastics - e.g. 56 early actually equals 4 late!

This wasn't something we had monitoring on as the code to handle the timezone change worked the last 6 years. However, I've added some on it now.
