It's the 10:04 departure which arrives at STP at 11:36.
If you're prepared to take a longer journey then an Off Peak Return from Derby to EUston (valid on Cross Country and LNR only) costing £49.80 allows you to leave Derby at 08:28 and arrive Euston at 10:29 (change at Tamworth).

The easiest way to find out is to use a journey planner. Pick a time, and step earlier or later until it stops/starts offering the fare. Alternatively you could download EMT's London timetable, which shows the trains colour-coded depending on which fare is valid.
Coming back, the super off-peak fare is valid on trains leaving St.P. between 1031 and 1531 inc, and the 1901 and later.
If you buy the cheaper ticket via Tamworth mentioned by Hadders, beware that when coming back the connections are inconsistent, with some of the trains having poorer connections than others. Generally the trains leaving Euston on the even hours (1046, 1246, etc.) allow you to do Euston to Derby in just under two hours, whereas leaving on the odd hours (1146, 1346, etc.) takes two and a quarter hours.

Just for future reference, as I may well need to go again, if I get the cheaper ticket via Tamworth, can I save even more with my Derby to Burton season ticket ( yes I know this is penny pinching!) . And will the Derby ticket office sell me a Burton to Euston ticket or will I need to get the train before to Burton, get off and buy another ticket to Euston?

The Derby ticket office will sell you it - one or two ticket clerks may ask you if you've already got a ticket to Burton.
And because you're combining a season ticket to Burton and a single from there, the train doesn't have to stop at Burton, merely pass through.

@_toommm_ is correct. Derby can sell you the ticket, and as you have a season ticket there's no requirement for the train to call at Burton.
An Off Peak Return from Burton to Euston (route XC and LNR only) is £42.60
And to add to what I've said, you can combine two season tickets e.g Derby to Burton, then Burton to Euston (just an example, I don't know if it works out cheaper or not) and the train doesn't have to stop either.
