I'm pretty sure that the rebranding is only being done after the PRM mods. But 825 and 841 are branded and PRM'd.
yep, that's what I thought :) I think 835 was PRM modified without new livery since the new liveried units started to appear though, but that would still be the "right way round". Thanks for the info!

Probably already been said but one of the class 153s going around is in first group blue with white transport for Wales logos on it. 153321 I think but that could be wrong.

That is 153329 which has been to Maesteg and Ebbw Vale this morning attached to 150227

Wow guys, so the "new" 153s are starting to appear in service!!! I think I'll go to Cardiff on Monday and hope to see some! Anyone got any photos of 329 and/or 361 in "Transport for First Wales Great Western" livery...? :p

158822 done. Not sure about 823 but have seen a picture of them coupled at Birmingham New St. but this was the rear one and unable to ascertain if done or not. Poster just said done but not sure if he meant them both or not. 822 definite

When it was with GWR and London Midland it had an LED destination display but now they seem to have changed it to a manual roll blind display which is a little strange...

perhaps "strange" from those other operators' points of view, but I'm guessing for familiarity reasons (to make it more consistent with all the other non-PRM modded TfW 142s/143s/150s/153s having blinds) though as supposedly the 153s will be getting PRM modded the LED displays will have to be refitted as part of that work. Maybe the Canton guys didn't know how to reprogram the electronic destination controller as I'm guessing its a standalone device, whereas the 175 PIS and the TrainFX system on the TfW 158s and their PRM modded 150s is all loaded with the same data...

I believe that in a number of cases the PIS/CCTV etc have been funded/fitted by the TOCs and are their property not the ROSCO so when it goes of lease the systems get ripped out.

I'm unsure if there's a separate thread for TfW's station repaint/resigning programme, but Y Waun/Chirk has been revealed to have new signage via TfW's Instagram story yesterday.
No seperate thread, so this is the right one. Thanks for sharing :)

Is there a timeline for when stations will receive new signage? Believe there’s a few between Wrexham and Shrewsbury but not seen anymore about yet. Please correct me if I’m wrong
