I'm at Carlisle Station at the moment. Been here for 90 minutes.
Damaged overhead lines north of Carlisle have meant there's been no train north or south on the WCML for around two hours.
They're bussing people north, but no arrangements for people travelling south. I'm going to Kendal. They don't know when the next train south will be. The 1333 is the next one that hasn't yet been cancelled
A virgin member of staff has said that tickets for today will be accepted tomorrow.
If I decide to travel tomorrow instead will I still be able to claim delay repay?
