Hi,
Apologies if this is the incorrect part of the forum to post this. My N-Network, zones 1-5, annual ticket has faded, to the point of making it difficult to read.
I use Abellio corporate discount, if that makes any difference.
When I needed a reprint due to fading (It's due to be renewed in August) I popped over the road to BHM's ticket office with an encode letter.
I've visited the Virgin staffed ticket desk this morning, to be told that I'm not on their system and I can't be put onto their system. I'd need to visit either Moor St or Snow Hill, as it's a regional ticket.
Can anybody shed some light on why I'm not "on the system", please? I've printed the encode letter again with instructions to rail staff, but the member of staff waved her tablet (computer) vaguely around and said they're on "this system now" and can't carry out those instructions.
Advice received with thanks.
