A week or so I waited. It’ll initially be an email but I recall there was a letter which was accessible via the ‘on-boarding’ part of the web portal? You have to electronically accept the offer via this process too.

do they ask you any questions about the company etc or is it strictly situation based questions ?
It’ll be strictly competency based questions. The DMI is where they ask a mixture of company/competency based questions.

Well, had my medical yesterday. Nearly all good but the ecg showed a Right axis deviation so the scan has to be viewed by a cardiologist and if they say it's ok I get the golden F1 (opposed to the temp unfit I'm on atm). May also be referred for further tests! Bit of a kick in the preverbials at the very last!

Did you know you might have had an issue or is it totally out of the blue?!

Sorry to hear this, I bet it makes the wait ever more anxious now. I’m sure you’ll be fine though. The ECGs carried out often show anomalies in people but it’s more the machine than an issue with the individual, it’s just an extra time involved! Did they say how long this will take? I assume they will deal with it and you don’t have to do anything yourself?

Said they'll hear back from Cardiologist in about a week and call me if there's an issue that needs further investigating.
Yeah, the extra wait (and at the last possible speed bump) is pretty excruciating
