Money storage when working on barriers

Hi all and Merry Christmas. Sorry if this is the wrong place for this. Just as free some ideas/feedback really. When working on the barriers in stations especially when taking payment with mobile star, I find that I end up having pockets full of coinage and notes. Anyone else do this or have any tricks or coin storage ideas ? Been looking online for waiters bags or such like but all seem to be for euros

The bags may be useful but those metal coin dispensers are very heavy and bulky, plastic ones such as https://www.amazon.co.uk/PrimeMatik...AKSND0KEPAV&psc=1&refRID=7PE0P5ZCNAKSND0KEPAV are much better.

TBH I am surprised that guards and other mobile railway ticket sellers almost never use coin holders for making change, it is so much easier and quicker than the pocket/bag full of unsorted coins that seems to be the normal method. Do the TOC's not issue such items to staff who are required to deal with cash?

Cheers for the link. Might just get one and a bag separate. It appears TOCs don't provide anything for this. Although conductors might have something not entirely sure. I usually try and split my cash up so I've only got a few quid in my pockets but still got to have the rest bagged up somewhere. Thanks for the replies

I use a normal coin counter that is available from many places (https://www.amazon.co.uk/Plastic-Dr...words=coin+counter+taxi&qid=1577620290&sr=8-3) and then I have a small satchel bag which fits it perfectly. I can reach in and get the correct coins without even looking due to the dispenser for each denomination always being in the same place and when people hand me coins I just chuck them loose in the bag and occasionally add them all back into the coin counter once or twice per shift. Notes go in the front zip pocket of my satchel bag.

It adds around 5 or 10 minutes to cashing up time to empty and refill the coin counter with my float but I do feel it greatly increases my efficiency.
