FIP coupons in Greece with OSE

Hi everyone, I'd like to ask you about fees in Greek trains with OSE. I'm gonna travel from Athens to Kalambaka with FIP coupon (that one with date needing to be filled to the windows). Is there any need to buy some additional ticket? Or do I have a right to get discount since I'll be 17 when I get there. I found some information on the internet but I'm afraid I haven't clearly understood it.

Thank you guys for the answers, it's going to be my first time traveling in Greece on my own.

According to the entry for Greece in (the UK issued) Rail Staff Travel Guide - Travel in Europe using FIP facilities the following rule applies:

Supplements are payable by holders of FIP coupons and FIP discounted tickets for travel on IC services. The full supplement is payable by children between the ages of 4 and 12.

So I doubt you would be eligible for any reduction on that IC supplement if that is what you are referring to.

(I note that you are based in Czech Republic - if your FIP coupon is issued by the railways there then I would double check with your staff travel office as the rules "may" be different to FIP coupons issued in the UK).

Ok, and what about the other trains (like the regional one from Athens Airport for instance). Is there a possibility of any price reduction?

AFAIK that train is considered now to be part of the city-metro system, so no rights at all. But I may have it wrong.
In fact, but I dk how much you ´pay´ (in taxes or whatever) to use it, it might be of hardly any value in GR due to all restrictions and extras to pay. Plus that fairly often trains are the worst way to get somewhere-buses are much more frequent, direct but may cost a little more. IF you are cesky: compare like Praha-Liberec by bus or train.
I also recall there seems to be several types of IC-and for the better/fast ones the supplmt is quite high-more as the basic fare portion. But then-how much they stick to that for other railway compatriots or if they customarily also seat you in 1st etc, I also dk.

I see that the train from the airport costs 10 €. I'm familiar with the frequency of Greek trains but have the last question. I've found there's a line from Athens to Kalambaka that departs at 7 AM and it's marked as SUB (not IC). Could I utilize the FIP ticket here? Sorry for a lot of questions but I'm kinda confused about this stuff.
