Hartford/Winsford LNW booking office open times

I have some LNW/WMT Rail Travel Vouchers I would like to exchange for cash. Living in Merseyside I have worked out that Hartford and Winsford will be my nearest booking offices. I don't have a car and want to use my Concession Bus Pass to get to the station. Paying a fare to go and exchange vouchers is madness.

So I can get to Hartford fairly easily from Chester on the bus. I note the LNW website says the booking office at Hardford is open:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: 06:00 to 17:00
Friday: 06:00 to 19:00
Saturday: 07:00 to 15:00
Sunday: 10:35 to 12:00

Does anyone know how reliable this information is and if that booking office is ever closed when it should be open?

I see its also possible to get from Hartford to Winsford by bus too. So I could have Winsford as a back up. I see that office is listed on the LNW site as being open:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: 07:00 to 12:00
Friday and Saturday: 07:00 to 15:00
Sunday: Unavailable

WMT ones most certainly can be exchanged for cash at WMT stations...

Hartford to Winsford by bus involves changing buses in Northwich. Most buses serve Winsford Town Centre, which is a long way from the station; I think only one bus per hour (service 37 unless it has changed recently) serves Winsford Station

I would bring the letter, as it usually gets stamped and marked PAID to confirm payment. I know someone who worked there who said there should be no issues with staffing

One final thing, is a rural ticket office likely to have £50 cash to be able to give? I did have a ticket office not have enough when I had £90 of vouchers.

All was fine. Took vouchers and letter and the person who served me was really helpful. They had just enough cash, a bit of it had to be in coins but that's fine.
