Double booked seats on LNER

I've just done a test ticket for the same train (on a different date but all of the details the same), I may have changed my seats but before buying them, so the seat numbers on the tickets should be correct?

So if the lady changed her tickets through Trainline but did not change the first tickets on her phone; could she have four seats booked to her?

So would it be possible for her to be using four seats / tickets but having only paid for two, by using two phones that have the same numbers?

Or maybe I should have said the same Email address.

No the phone number has got nothing to do with it.
