It looks as if GCB will serve St Erth Hub on its T1 service whereas KF does not & will not, thus adding 4 or 5 minutes to GCB's timetable.
On another note, I'd like to make a comment on free public transport: can anyone tell me, please, how I go about finding where to put it on the forum?
I entered it in the 'search' panel at the beginning of the forum, but nothing came up; being new, I'd hate to be 'off topic'.

Yeah I would start a new thread if it's concerning free travel nationwide, then you will have everyone who is interested in one specific thread

Citybus drivers route learning round today were in pretty low spirits. chatting to them they’ve been told unless government or council funding increases, they’ve enough money to last 6 weeks. Really hit the seriousness of this in the current times!
Citybus have also this afternoon emailed all drivers asking them if they’ll volunteer to take Furlough leave.

Transport for Cornwall are still tweeting about how they are excited getting ready for next week’s launch. Absolutely ridiculous.

I feel really sorry for them. Whatever you think of the new setup this was going to be an exciting new start for them and now it's an existential crisis.

I do too. Most of the agency workers have been sent back too. Promises of 6 months working holiday by the sea turned bad because of this.
Passenger numbers are in single figures on nearly every run so seems most are taking notice now. Majority of my passengers have been concession pass holders so I’m struggling to see what’s essential walking around town as they are doing

You might just about excuse it if it was a private enterprise. For an organisation that is largely funded with public money it's almost criminally irresponsible. Any 'launch' should be so low key that even people on here shouldn't notice it. There is NOTHING to celebrate!!

Especially as they're among the most vulnerable.

yep we were on the key worker list. We are seen as essential for getting the nhs, shop workers etc to work

Bus drivers certainly are key for my wife who works in the NHS in Exeter. With all the last minute cancellations due to staff sickness, the bus tracking apps are more crucial than ever as they enable you to see which buses are running and adjust your route accordingly. I certainly thank every bus driver who is doing their bit and they are very much the unsung heroes of many NHS workers who literally couldn't do their job without the buses transporting them to and from work.

TfC has announced on its website that it's running emergency timetables from Monday. Details will be uploaded on the website in due course.

Sense has been either seen or forced upon it. I suspect the emergency timetable will see extensive changes (i.e.cuts) from the original.

TfC timetables printed now, but like the buses are heading to storage, another timetable that never was?

Mark Collins, commercial director posed an image to show that they exist, might be a historical image one day

2 weeks after I send a email to go ahead cornwall help line I finally got a response,
I asked about if they would accept truro/penwith college bus passes as when there routes start they would take over essential route for students to college which was run by first kernow. (less important now that college is closed but still important for when they reopen) but they said they will not accept college bus passes, which would have meant that student would have been unable to travel to college which is sorely not correct and the Cornwall council have definitely not thought this through correctly
