380 101 stranded at Largs

I hear from another forum that unit 380 101 has been stranded at Largs since the Fairlie landslip a couple of weeks ago. Latest estimate for reopening is not until the end of March at the earliest, although I believe that services between Ardrossan South Beach and West Kilbride will be restarting on Monday.

Two weeks ago yesterday, actually. A TFW 153 (312) was stranded at Llandrindod Wells for a similar period recently. The southern part of the HOWL has been closed since August when an oil train was derailed causing an environmental "disaster" due to spillage and work still ongoing. 153312 was at Llandrindod when a landslide occurred at the northern end thus blocking it in
