GTR application question

I have decided to apply to GTR, but was wondering what extent to answer the questions. In particular the question:

Tell me about a task or tasks you have worked on that demonstrate your interest and motivation for this role. Please include details of your strengths that have been demonstrated along with examples.

My initial thought was to answer this along the lines of the research I have done, aligning my current skills and experience to that required in the job profile. I was then going to evidence each of the aims and values.

Any thoughts?

I think you should follow what you wrote out in your first message. Essentially we're all individuals and they like to see you as such through the answers you give. I don't get through the initial sift very often so I'm going to avoid telling you what I would put as it doesn't seem to do me much good I don't think I am doing anything radically different to your approach to the question.

Are you applying internally. They just completed a pretty large external campaign so you might be waiting a while to apply. Questions may change significantly.
