Do the Norwich - Lowestoft / Great Yarmouth lines still have joined track?

Hi all, does anyone in the know have an idea if the lines from Norwich - Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth are still mainly jointed track?

Bits and bobs but Network Rail are gradually replacing it. Same as the East Suffolk.
