Also now, I'm finding their app is actively misleading customers. Showing the cheapest fare by default but without warning its an advance ticket and thus showing trains as sold out by default when those advances have all gone. This leads customers to thinking that the cheapest fare is permitted to be used on any train. Their customer service department is misleading customers too by stating that those cheapest advance fares are fine to travel earlier/later on too. Finding flexible tickets is very easily over looked.
Then their timetables are not up to date, selling tickets for trains that haven't existed for ages. Though at least they do send an email stating that the TOC has cancelled their train (even when it was never running in the first place) if you've booked on one.
