I see the off peak return is set by Avanti West Coast but as there are minimum of 4 possible routes with connections, which route would be valid as the above ticket is a any permitted one.

The four routes are London Euston to Blackpool North via Birmingham New Street, Liverpool Lime Street, Manchester Piccadilly or Kings Cross to Blackpool North via Leeds.

I'm not fussed about times, just wondering what the valid routes are please?

I can't find any valid routes via Liverpool or Leeds. There are various valid routes via Birmingham or Manchester from Euston, St Pancras or Marylebone.

Examples include,

Euston to Blackpool via Stoke, Manchester and Chorley.
St Pancras to Blackpool via Leicester, Sheffield, Manchester and Chorley.
Marylebone to Blackpool via Banbury, Birmingham, Stafford and Crewe.

I agree there's no permitted route via Liverpool. I think you can trace a route via Leeds on map combination MM+NP (via Midland mainline, Leeds, Halifax, Blackburn)

The only reason I mentioned Liverpool was because there's a frequent service to Blackpool so thought I add it even if I have to split the ticket somewhere for it to be valid?

If I go out from Euston, can I return to Marylebone?

Yes if the routes are permitted, and the off peak restrictions are met.
