What is the least served bus stop in the UK? I have been wondering this for a while?

I know that there are plenty of once a month bus routes in the UK but i can not find any bus stops that are only served once a month? I think all of the bus stops which are served by these once a month routes are also served by other services as well?

Are there any bus stops that are served once a month or even less? If not what are the least served bus stops that you can think of?

Greater Manchester is littered with bus stops that are no longer in use; I presume these are excluded from the OP's criteria.

Yes i am excluding bus stops that are not in use. I can also think of a huge amount of bus stops that are no longer in use. It has to still be in use.

Shaugh Prior Cadover Bridge in Devon appears to be served a mere six times a year (in each direction) by the Tavistock Community Transport route 111 - one return journey on the fourth Saturday of each month, from April to September only.

There are probably other similar stops on the same route, but I haven't looked through all of them.

Are there any stops served only by their Dawlish service (which runs on the fifth Saturday of each summer month, if there is one)?

I can't see that service on bustimes so I can't easily check but any such stops would be even less well served.

I too initially thought of that service, but wasn't sure if it still ran, as indeed it isn't on bustimes.org.

At a glance, however, it appears that the route takes the same path as the 113 between Tavistock and Newton Abbot - so it doesn't look like there are any stops served by the 112 (Dawlish service) only. I could be wrong, though.

When London Transport ran buses on Christmas Day, there was one journey on one route that served a stop that was otherwise never scheduled to see a bus. It was one of the quiz questions that I was asked as my induction to the Schedules Dept,, I didn't know the answer and I'm not sure I ever found out. That was 1969, mind!

Fellrunner 141 in Cumbria runs from Newbiggin to Carlisle once a month, and AFAIK the intervening villages have no other service.

I don't know whether this counts, but the Fellrunner 562 from Bolton (no, not that one!) to Penrith runs every Tuesday but only picks up at Great Strickland by previous request and it has only done that two or three times in the last few years I have been travelling on it, though I don't use the bus every week.
