Hi, I've got two questions regarding delay repay and would like the help from the forum:
1/ When calculating the amount of compensation payment, are the plusbus tickets at the origin and/or destination taken into consideration? In my own experience, some TOCs do while others do not. I am not sure if there is a guidance on this.
2/ Today I purchased a day return ticket and had a break of journey on the return leg. There were cancellations/delays etc causing delays of more than 1 hour in both sub-journeys on the return leg. In this case, am I entitled 50% compensation on both occasions, adding up to 100% of the total ticket cost?
I am happy to share more details if needed.

I wouldn't have thought so. It's a discounted bus ticket which happens to be sold by the railway, so I don't see there is any entitlement to compensation or anything else for disruption stretching across modes.

This one is ambiguous but I would expect multiple claims on the same ticket to be rejected.
