Deeside Parkway?

Drove past the proposed site of Deeside Parkway and it looks like some clearing and groundwork is being done in what would probably be the car park (diggers ect) I could be wrong and it could be completely irrelevant to the proposed station but does anyone know any more info?

There was some recent track renewal work around Dee Marsh recently, that may the equipment used for that.
I hope the station work starts soon, it should be a great station once it's built and has the bus connections.
