Email the HR person who contacted you initially, when I've had to contact they have been very good at replying.

Fingers crossed.
Emailed HR and had no response back yet and emailed again today. Hopefully hear something back soon

I've applied for mossend. Not sure I'll even be looking by the time they get through applications. I've currently got 80 hours left to qualified otm driver. Fancy freight as soon as I'm qualified though, sick of constant nights and working away.

You do realise fright isn’t much better don’t you ? Also did you not do any research as to what driving OTMs entails ?
It’s a real shame that potentially someone who would of loved the job missed out, and you openly say your sick of it already less than 24 months in.
How do you know you won’t become sick of sitting in loops for hours on end, or not knowing your roster until the Friday before on freight ?

Another 12 months on freight before your sick of it and try to get onto passenger work?

Im sorry but there are 1000s who would love to drive yellow, green, blue or red trains about working stupid hours is part of the job. Irony being an OTM driver is a very skilled role especially if you have the technical aspects on your card as well.

Well if i am, i am. If someone else was more suited to the job then they'd have got it before me.. I've jumped throughout the same hoops as everyone else and you don't know Till you go and do it so i don't really care if it's a shame for somebody else.

Love it, a little prior research may have saved you wasting your time and their money perhaps.

You know HR bods watch this forum, it’s seriously easy to figure out who’s who from posts made - many a applicant has had his or her (mainly his) app cut short on the basis of posts on here - rightly or wrongly.

Just so you know I've worked on otms fitting and driving all over I'll and Europe for years and there's not much better research than that. It's not the job it's the company so save your opinions for someone else

You probably need to research FL at Mossend aswell because what you’ve told the guy you’re replying to is incorrect.

Somebody I know was offered a job at Acton yesterday on HeavyHaul. Looks like things are moving along!

What happens to those of us that were placed "in a talent pool" when initially applying, does anybody know?
