I was looking on thetrainline.com and I found quite cheap first class tickets and I was wondering what is included in the ticket.

Edit the train would be

Thursday 18.16 - Aberdeen to Edinburgh Waverley train continues to Leeds

&

Saturday 18.31 - Edinburgh Waverley to Aberdeen train came from London

Don't buy them from thetrainline.com. The tickets will be 11% cheaper if you buy from East Coast. That site also tells you what complimentary food and drink to expect.

I agree with the reply by John @ Home, however, it may be worth drawing your attention to something on the Complimentary food and drink link page. Although they claim at the foot "we aim to deliver our complimentary offer on all journeys", they don't.

The offerring on your Saturday journey will not be covered by that page's description. There is a right-hand sidebar which includes "Weekend and Bank Holiday service" which takes you to this very different page. I've copied that page's entire body here for you :

On weekends and bank holidays, passengers are served a breakfast roll first thing and thereafter a choice of sandwiches, crisps and cake. Alcoholic drinks and hot food are available to purchase from our CafeBAR.

I have also payed extra for access to the EC lounge at Edinburgh Waverley.
