Water Orton area this morning

Some strange things this morning. I was awaiting the 7.22 birmingham - stansted at coleshill parkway (sch 7.35), on time when I got to station at 7.30, hadn't arrived at 7.50 when I gave up as I'd miss my connections at leicester, so I drove to kettering. I assume it was delayed around water orton, given the timings. Nothing too unusual with that, but a XC voyager went through heading towards birmingham about 7.40, it looked like it was in passenger service, so presumably was on diversion?

I think he means at Coleshill Parkway, which is a bit out of the ordinary as most (if not all) run avoiding Whitacre.

So yeah, a Voyager at that time of morning at Coleshill must've been diverted.

Yes, sorry. It ran non-stop through coleshill parkway about 7.40, I know sometimes voyagers get subbed for turbostars, but all services on that line at that time call at coleshill.

I think you mean most run avoiding Whitacre (which is east of Coleshill).
