Can a PRIV be used to pucrhase this pass?

I don't think it can be used for the Anglia Plus 1 day Ranger. But the 3-in-7 Rover does give a discount at the same 34% rate as Railcard holders, and the Season option gives the normal 75% PRIV rate.

Priv discount on this ticket is only available at the Railcard rate (34%) so is £19.80 for the 3 in 7.

Yes a Priv can be used to purchase a Anglia Plus 1 Day Ranger as I brought one this year to travel in the area covered by the Day Ranger.

I can't remember how much it was but I do recall doing Peterborough to Peterborough via Ipswich-Norwich-Cromer-Norwich-Lowestoft-Ipswich-Cambridge!

Looks like it's non-standard 34% discounts for PRIV holders for the 1 day and 3-in-7 versions.
