Fairytale of New York - Pogues and Kirsty MacColl
A Christmas Carol - Tom Lehrer
Let It Snow - Leon Redbone
Winter Wonderland - Bob Dylan
(Everything else from Christmas In The Heart) - Bob Dylan

I don't think Thank God It's Not Christmas by Sparks should count.

Fairytale of New York is probably the best, a good candidate for a drunken singalong too.

Well, personally I think the bests Merry XMas everybody by Slade,
But I also love Fairytale of New York and can see why many think it's the best.

As a folkie, I love Gaudete by Steeleye Span,

and I just can't help enjoying Saviours Day by Sir Cliff :D

The Pogues, East 17, Wizzard...

Let's face it, the pop songs that make it feel like christmas are almost set in stone. That's not a bad thing as hearing them on the radio makes it feel more seasonal.

But the last "new" song that had a christmas feel for me was The Darkness' one.

From early December they start to play the old favourites on the radio, but remember the old saying:

"It aint Christmas 'til they play Slade."

Nowhere near enough to a Pacer :(
well have just DJ'd a slightly early office party and all the guys wanted the darkness and I'd forgotten, for a modern one, how good it is! Cant beat the oldies though and we did them all too!

Only downside is that by Xmas itself i'll be sick of them!
