Just wondered if rail travel vouchers can be bought as a gift or whether they're just a compensation method from the TOCs.

Our views are different. I suppose its never going to be enforced, nor really, at the point of sale, enforceable; as you say. However the RTV's themselves say they are not transferable (at least all that I've had). Its a risky way of doing things... Yorkie, I may PM you
