Hey,

I was just woundering if anybody could point me in the right direction about getting a job as a track worker or any kind of "outdoor" jobs too do with the rail network an industry... Always loved trains and everything too do with them, and i think this is the direction i really want too go with my life..

Sorry if its not the usual topic spoke about on a forum such as this, but any advice / help would be muchly appreciated..

Many thanks again :)

Hi can you further this abit? what did they say?

I'm aware of the different types of roles of workers on the track but have no idea how to get involved without experience or applying for an apprenticeship eg Network Rail. (which I applied twice and failed both times);)
