What is it, some kind of TV Show? Some kind of reality show?
And where did they find enough Bus conductors to feature?
Esther Rantzen
Maybe that's where the verb "Rant" came from
Sausages.
I've not seen it, but it sounds like it just needs a few funny shaped vegetables, a talking dog and you've got Esther Rantzen's That's Life (1970's - mid 90's).
I watched two minutes of this before turning over to MasterChef.
Appalling quality television - how did it pass a committee?
They use the word celebrity in it's loosest sense
Julia Bradbury used to be on Watchdog with Nicky Campbell but got the "bums rush" before he was replaced by the return of Mrs Robinson.
Caught a glimpse of it last night and thought that it was an inferior version of "That's Life" before deciding that my time would be better spent doing other things.I've not seen it, but it sounds like it just needs a few funny shaped vegetables, a talking dog and you've got Esther Rantzen's That's Life (1970's - mid 90's).
I decided that my time would be better spent doing other thing shaving seen a trailer for the programme. Ina bout 10 seconds it became obvious that it would be a dumbed down, soundbite filled snore fest presented by talentless empty heads who, rather inexplicably to my mind, keep getting TV work against all the odds.
I spent a very productive hour reasearching digital cameras instead!
For the attention span and intellect "Thats Britain" requires you could easily have surfed and viewed together
I probably could have, but I fear that the experience might have ended up very badly for the TV! Although I'm a pacifist, Mr Knowles provokes feeling sof uncontrollable violence within me whenever I see him on the telly. I don't know why. Maybe I need help.
My first vinyl record, that wasSausages.
I was going to try and force myself to watch this evening's show, but as the start time grows ever closer my resolve is weakening...a lot!
I happened to catch a few minutes of Points of View on Sunday. The three comments I saw on That's Britain were all very negative!
I don;t think Iw illw atch it, I don't want to encourage them.
Were the three points relating to the beginning, middle and end by any chance
