Hi
Would it be possible to put here the 377s and the 375s which have been recently refreshed.
The Southern examples (377/1s) look great inside partly because these are the ones with the generous 2+2 seating interiors throughout the train. Southern wish to install carpeting rather than vinyl in the vestibules which I think looks good and they have also fitted new side panels in attractive blue.
The whole fleet will be treated although presumably the older interiors will recieve most of the work.
Regarding the drop down tables on the ironing board seats I have been informed nothing can be done about the squeaky nature of them (everything has been tried) and once they break they are very hard to repair as they are screwed right through the seat.
Finally do 442s have drop down tables in Standard? I thought they did but swear I saw a 442 today which didn't.
I'd also like to point out a number of 460s were in operation today.
