Hi all.

I am currently undertaking GCSE coursework (or controlled assessment as they call it now), it involves creating a magazine and I must take a questionnaire for it. I would be grateful if you could complete the questionairre which can be found on www.bromleynorth.weebly.com/survey.html

Weebly has a rather useful survey tool which I am using.

Thanks

That's not anonymous for me. :(

I'll have a look later.

Grey area: IP addresses are "pseudoanonymous" - in this case it comes down to how the information is going to be used. If the survey owner uses the data collected without using the IP address then this counts as anonymous.

Technically speaking there should have been notice on the page on how the data is being used and an opt-out from any secondary data collection; other than necessary logging for system administration purposes...

Given the guy's age (15, 16?) and the content, I wouldn't worry about it unless admitting you like the modern rail scene "a lot" is a problem :)

Quite this is a GCSE project and not a questionnaire for a government inquiry, so lets not worry about it. :)

Since when did that change?! I've evidently been out of school too long! (at that, it is only about 5 years!!!)

Done the questionnaire - good luck with your coursework :)

Thanks everyone- that's a grand total of 51 answers. Also sent a survey round the 9F club at bluebell so I probably have the most answers in the class!

Interesting that a few under 13s answered the survey, one answered all the questions as 'no' which makes you wonder why they are on the forum! Very grateful though.

Just got 9F results back in the post, 42% of it was signed by adults surprisingly. The survey I did with the 9F was slightly different. Favorite Preserved railway (excluding bluebell) was joint first with Lavender Line, North Yorkshire Moors and Romney, Hyth and Dymchurch Railway. Their favorite National Rail line was the Settle and Carlisle, seconded by the ECML and the West Highland Line.

Modern-
A Lot- 20%
A Bit- 71%
No- 9%

Travel-
A Lot- 23%
A Bit- 48%
No- 29%

Continental-
A Lot- 19%
A Bit- 55%
No- 26%

I also gave a choice of 3 magazines-
Heritage Railway- 66%
RAIL- 20%
Modern Railways- 14%

31 People took the 9F survey.

I will give results of the RailUK Forum survey (see link at start of thread) once I a sure no-one else will sign it. The current count is 53.
