I was referring to the appearance (design would have been a better word to use) of the class 140 in general, rather than just its' current decrepit condition.It's worth noting the image (or atleast appears to be) an HDR image or tone mapped/processed, which exagerates things like dirt/wrinkles/cracks.
And in the case of the 141s, still with indicators
