Just seen the Pretendolino passing through Hest Bank at around 1849 northbound on the WCML.

Anybody know what this is working?

Not bad actually, it's part of a "Reader Offer" travel agent deal. I think they were accepting bookings on the Pretendolino only off cranks for £65 single IIRC...

This is just a thought, (and not massively related to the thread, but kinda) but could the Pretendolino be transferred to EC to free up a HST. (probably on a stopper, or Free up a 91 to free up a HST) to allow the Newark terminators to be extended to Lincoln?

East Coast looked at using Class 90s on the ECML, but NR said no on the grounds of them only being operable at 110mph.
