There are some new simulations available from http://www.simsig.co.uk/

- Saltey
- London Euston
- Liverpool Lime Street

I have been having a go on the Saltey one which covers quite a large area so will be difficult when there are lots of trains about. At least being an area I know makes it slightly easier.

Is it just me or do new System Files (Aug 11) have to be downloaded in order to play them?

This is what I like about the SimSig community, surprise releases by that I mean it was public knowledge on their forums that Euston and Saltley was a WIP but absolute secrecy on the Liverpool Lime Street one.

Thanks Matt for the heads up, :)

Geordie back from exile.
I'm totally engrossed in Euston at the moment. Spent a good few hours today playing it. Not too bad when you get used to all the 'via' buttons.

Lime Street will be next for me then Saltley.

Both Euston and Lime Street will be a lot of fun if there is ever a 70's timetable released, just for all the loco shunting etc, similar to the 70's KX timetable. Thoroughly frustrating at times..but a huge amount of fun...:D

Ive put Euston on the back burner for now the via buttons are jarring my brain even after reading the manual  Lime street is good though. :D

Lime Street is a good sim as well for anyone new to SimSig, being not too difficult like Euston can be, but enough movements to get you into the Sims

Know what you mean, the via button on the Euston sim is doing my head in as well, even after reading the manual i still don't know how to do the via button.

I've found out how to do the via button. The via buttons are blue dots with letters next to them, after clicking the signal you click the Blue dot & the next signal or the end arrow to work it.

I think it's a good step up from Royston - as I feel that some of the larger simulations can feel a bit overwhelming after playing that.

I know what you mean, i find Kings Cross & Central Scotland sims a bit overwhelming due to the size of the area & amount of trains. I quite like Exeter sim, although it looks big, it's not too big. Although i do hate having to change manually, the train running codes.
