You sat in a car park watching trains for 2 hours?

Sam

Yes and I like that Car Park, West Brompton and Kensington Olympia do no good to me anymore and also Cromwell Bridge is also a crap location because at Tesco you can see trains from far both direction and you have the Signal of the Northbound Line so you know if a train is coming

Have you seen the response in wnxx 8-)

Is there a problem sitting in a car park watching trains from 10:35 until 13:00?

Yes. It's called being bloody sad!

Sam
Well it's not bloody sad, because at least i have decent trains passing on my local line The West London Line
and I think i have mentioned above in the list what trains I had seen on a Monday-Friday
If it was a Saturday, then it would be sad as the only trains you would see during the day will be the 3 times per hour trains

Clicky

At least the Location is a good location, and I have some decent photos from there

and also at least I have something to do not just sitting at home all day and do what Yorkie originally asked to do, Go and Find some new Locations, Some more Variety and tommorow i am going to that Car Park just to see the BLS Tour of the Coal Train Branch

Not sure I'd describe taking a couple of hours out to see 37's 73's and a stack of battery loco moves sad. As for the location, if the views are OK then why not; possibly safer than being on the end of a platform in that area and cheap supplies of food and drink aren't too far away.

I tell you what is sad, me sitting on Bournemouth station for 3 hours. Why? All there are is the common 442 and 450. Julian has a hobby, and everyone else has a hobby as well, most people on here are railway enthusiasts and take it to a different degree so why should you insult a fellow member of your forum and member of the community just because you find it sad that Julian does what he enjoys.

Just because you think it is sad doesn't mean that you insult someone.

End of.

Sorry chaps, deleting a few of the last posts because this has gone far enough. Let's leave it at that, eh? Each to their own, and all that. I'm sure a lot of people think we're all sad, so it's not really right for us to start calling other people sad because they enjoy a different part of the same hobby. Hmm.

Oh, where did the other posts go?
See my post above - I've had enough of this one. Deleted one post (not one of yours) originally, because that's the one I had a problem with. The others made no sense then! PM me if you want to discuss.

Can i claim the right to the photographs if any pics of me are clear? I mean ive seen quite a few pics of trains where i either know the Driver or the Guard.

I am surprised you didnt get a good wash from the Tescos car wash on the middle level.

As for taking district line numbers. My good friend Sam has said enough.
