Just seen this parked at Kings Cross in a strange bluey/green all-over colour. Anyone know why?

As others have said, 67001 has been painted into a base coat of Arriva blue, reportedly for future use on the Holyhead-Cardiff WAG Express services. It is currently being employed as an ECML Thunderbird, having been performing that duty at Newcastle just a couple of days ago before it's move down to KX.

Can we have some pic's of "blue" 67001-3 :D

67 002 isn't currently blue - still in EWS livery and working one of the ECML RHTTs (it was at Peterborough at the weekend, as blue 67 001 headed 91 125 north on a drag).

67001 arrived at Canton today

Now that's interesting, a couple of weeks prior to the new ATW timetables that don't exist yet,the speculation is mind boggling, but staff have got to be trained up first, then trained on the DVTs. So March looks about right. Latest info from Charlie Hume today is [We understand that since the meeting 3/11/11 it has been agreed that the timetable change will go ahead as planned, with the same Government-sponsored services as in 2011 - C.H.]

If 82306 is now in the flesh, what DVT has it been renumbered from, I know that there will be 82306-308 for ATW.
Thanks, Sam

67002 is at Toton for relivery in ATW colours...
So, there will be three locos after all then. I was beginging to think the reports I had read that 67001, 02 & 03 were all coming to ATW were false and only 67001 and 67003 would appear.

There's an 82308? First I've read of a third ATW DVT anywhere on the web. Is 82307 even in existance yet or is that still in the paint shop?
