[RailUK] Rail firms fined

Network Rail and Amey Rail have today been fined a total of £500,000 in connection to the partial derailment at Southall in November 2002 involving a First Great Western HST express train. Network Rail has been fined £200,000, and Amey Rail have been fined £300,000. More to follow later.

I remember this bot was implemented by the "technical manager" before and no-one liked it back then. It puts all the decent threads with good discussions to about the 8th page in just 2 hours! Very annoying and a definate put-off, especially when the system can't recognise the "£" symbol.
