Engineering works between Arundel and Horsham tonight

Just wondered if my southern daysave would be valid Portsmouth to London on the faster south western services this evening as the slower route is blocked.

Only alternative is to travel via Brighton which is considerably slower.

No the alternative provided by Southern is a replacement bus service between Littlehampton/Barnham & Pulborough no arrangements have been made with SW Trains to accept tickets.

According to Southern the XX.16 Portsmouth to Victoria service is diverted via Hove with journey times extended by 13 mins

That sounds right, got the 17:20 from Fratton via Hove to Victoria. Just waiting the FCC to Peterborough now
