Dogfish ballast wagon. This is a Cambrian, OO gauge body and a Lima, Seacow fence, combined with a Tomy chassis.
The Hornby tank wagon body is a good match in length and width, for the Plarail chassis, requiring very little work, other than trimming some plastic
Tomy Plarail - Eurostar. These were produced back in the 1990's as a three coach set. Some models have a black roof, while others have a blue roof.
