I was wondering if you could advise me on an issue a family member has with a stolen ticket.
He travelled to Skegness from Chesterfield on Saturday and had his wallet stolen same day containing the ticket, he had booked online with East Midlands Trains .
He has a incident number from the local police and when he enquired at Skegness Station about reissuing a new ticket he was told he would have to purchase a new one.
My question is, is it not possible to get the ticket reissued as EMT should have a record of the transaction.
