Hi John, sorry not to have replied sooner, I only just read your message. I dont log on to this site very often now. I am also a John and retired. I use the Royalscot name as when i was younger i often saw Royal Scot on my spotting trips usually to Lpool Lime St or Wigan North Western. I dont do a lot of spotting now, occasionally i watch the rail webcams.
