When I was working on board with East Coast I had someone ask me (on a HST) why the doors can't open after they're locked:?... I simply answered with "because it's locked" and they said "oh" and walked off! :lol:
I was going to post scanned copies of mine from when I worked for GC but remembered that I think the numbers are in different orders because when we got a 180 on loan from (East Coast then) we had to tell people to ignore the numbers on the seats but to look on the reservation cards. I could be...
I'd say it's simply because they've sold out, if it's showing other days then yes I'd say they've gone. Also when contacting GC it's worth noting there is only once person to deal with every email, letter and phone call and also to deal with customers walking in. Until this goes to Cross Country...
Grand Central won't swap HSTs for 180s, I'm sure Wensley or Bosch can back me up on that! They would prefer to have a common fleet of Hsts and to strengthen them and the fact that the MPC for their HSTs are more than double the 180s :)

They can't, it's an emergency door with no handle as such but a lever type thing behind glass. And there is no CDL panel there for them to despatch from!
