LNER perks and evouchers not working

I get this when trying to book a test ticket with a voucher, the option doesn't appear for you at the final screen before payment? The toggle doesn't seem to move across when I tap it, but it does work and switch to the voucher.

LNER perks and evouchers not working

You're definitely trying to use it against an LNER advance?

GWR IET’s Lots of 5 Car Sets PAD > South Wales

This post raises an interesting point I think, does GWR have a short form priority policy at all? Personally, as someone with only major experiences with the Oxford/Cotswold trains, and the West Country services, the Oxfords seems consistently much busier with services completely...

    December 2023 Timetable Change

Apologies, I'd just assumed based on what's been happening everywhere else! Fantastic to see an extra tph on the East Coast.

    September 2023 Timetable Change

Sorry for being a bit late here, but what's the reason some parts of the industry would be opposed to changing the timetable change date away from December? And what's the worry over revenue risk too?

Southern, Thameslink & Great Northern 'Not On Strike' Details

There has been a very strong social media presence from their supporters, with pretty much every tweet even vaguely critical of them being replied to. Something along the lines of they're running trains to Brighton on other overtime ban days, they could just run them on Saturday too -...

Future of Ticket Office Consultations launched

Surprisingly positive changes from SWR, at least at the stations around me (Southampton - Weymouth). While some stations, like Christchurch, lose their afternoon staffing, others like Weymouth improve quite significantly. Stations like Wareham also keep their ticket office as a "Category 1"...

Nuneham Viaduct shut - Didcot- Oxford

When I took a replacement bus yesterday it went to Didcot via Botley Road, and took around 25 minutes, and the barriers were open at Didcot so I comfortably made a train 28 minutes after leaving Oxford. Of course, I did have to wait in the bus queue for a while, and then wait for everybody to...

Worst Rail Routes for fare collection in members' experience?

Traveling recently on the Heart of Wessex it seemed the ticket checks were rather lacking. Despite having 3 members of staff on the train my ticket wasn't checked once. They were very visible generally but no ticket checks, which seems surprising given there are a number of stations where you...

How do TfL readers actually work?

But there is still no checking of the railcard while traveling, which is something SWR clearly doesn't consider to be an issue, TfL could do the same.

How do TfL readers actually work?

What's the difference between this and SWR's Tap2Go? On SWR somebody manually verifies the Railcard is genuine and adds it to your smartcard, but only on the back office. As far as I can tell there is no indication on the smartcard that a Railcard has been added, and the discounted fare is just...
