    Hi Alex, same thing happend to me. First time I can honesty say I've not paid. I rushed to make the train then nobody came round!
    I then get of with no ticket panicked an showned y'days one and got caught.
    I give the wrong door number! Then corrected it!
    Don't know why I did this! Just panicked.

    I'm awaiting a letter too!

    Any news on yours ?

    Hi Alex, did you hear from northern rail what was the outcome?, a relative of mine has done a similar thing to you, very stupid thing to do I know but she is terrified of what is going to happen now.

    My brother just received a letter for fare evasion today and also plans to become a lawyer so I'm very interested to know how your case is progressing or what happened.

    Hi Alex, I was just wondering if you have resolved your issue with Northern Rail?? I made a stupid mistake whilst travelling with my boyfriend and now we're waiting to hear back from Northern Rail. After reading many a horror story we're terrified!!

    Hi Peapod. I am SO sorry for only just replying. Ive literally only just seen this message.

    I have still not received a response back from Northern Rail yet - no idea what this means though. I'm still extremely anxious. My mum is really unwell at the moment so really hoping it doesnt get taken too far =(

    Hello, please can you help me.
    I have been reading your previous post of how you were caught by Northern Rail officials for fare evasion was it? I have been caught with the same! I'm very worried with the outcome as I also do not want a criminal record!? what happened with you?
